52. For purposes of ensuring that section 41 of the Act is observed, once a year, on the recommendation of the governance and ethics committee, the board of directors reviews and approves the rules of ethics and professional conduct for officers and employees relating in particular to the loyalty, honesty and integrity of employees and officers, compliance with legislation and regulations, confidentiality of information obtained in the performance of their duties, conflicts or interest and personal transactions.
